A branch through the decking at midnight or wind-torn shingles during a storm both get the same answer: a dispatcher who picks up and a crew that moves fast.

These are the specific reasons Pekin customers pick us for Emergency Roof Repair work over a general handyman or an out-of-town crew.
Calls at 2 a.m. get the same priority as calls at 2 p.m. There's no after-hours voicemail here.
The first goal on any emergency call is stopping water intrusion immediately, with permanent repair following once conditions and materials allow.
We photograph the damage as part of the emergency visit, giving you a record before any cleanup or tarping changes what's visible.
Middle-of-the-night dispatch doesn't come with a penalty fee. Pricing stays consistent whether the call comes in at noon or 3 a.m.
If your Emergency Roof Repair situation doesn't fit neatly into one of these categories, call anyway, chances are we've handled something close to it before in Pekin.
Water actively entering the structure gets addressed first, with tarping or membrane placed over the compromised section to stop further intrusion.
Tarps get fastened with a batten system, not just loose bricks or sandbags, so they hold through follow-on wind gusts.
We clear debris carefully to avoid additional damage to already-compromised shingles or decking during removal.
Where a limb or heavy debris has compromised decking, temporary structural support gets installed to prevent further sagging until permanent repair.
Photo documentation from the emergency call becomes part of your insurance claim file, taken before conditions change.
A real person answers, not a script, and gets the essentials needed to send the right specialist for the job. There's no automated phone tree to work through first.
A fully equipped Emergency Roof Repair specialist heads out with the tools and materials most likely needed for the job described. Arrival windows stay tight because dispatch is staged locally in Pekin, IL.
You get a clear, written price based on what's actually found, not a phone estimate that changes once someone shows up. Nothing gets touched until you approve the number.
Work gets completed to manufacturer and code standard, backed by our workmanship guarantee on the labor performed. A final walkthrough confirms everything before we consider the visit complete.
